well, i just got home from photographing Doug and Stephanie's wedding :)
it was beautiful and everyone was so nice!
i haven't gone through all of the pictures yet, but here are a few of the kids that were there...

oh man, i'm a total people watcher!
i've always sort of known that, but i realized it a lot today.
older folks are so cute...i know that sounds weird, but honestly - just watch them sometime..
i'm sitting in a cafe in Toccoa with a coke and Shane Claiborne's book next to me...i STILL haven't finished that thing! i think i started it in the summer of last year, got totally wrapped up in it, then put it aside for one day and completely forgot to go back. -sigh-

i'm super ready to be home. i guess not home, but anywhere but here, ya know?
i am really going to miss my friends here, but i guess i'm just ready for a change of atmosphere.

my whole family is coming to Toccoa on Thursday for my graduation! i'm so excited :) i think they're more excited about going to the famous BBQ Shack than my graduation, but can you blame them..?

anyways, here's a little quote from Shane's book that surprisingly applies to my day:

today has turned out to be a lovely day :)
my mom called to tell me that i received my grant money from my school today (-big smile-)
and i got my new laptop backpack in the mail!
also, later today i will be taking pics of my friends, kelly and brent. they make me happy.

i realized today that this is my last full week in toccoa, ga!
i won't actually believe that i have graduated till i have diploma in hand and i'm headed back to savannah :)
west virginia also can't get here soon enough!
i'm just ready to be up there and understand my job completely.
oh, for those of you who don't know, i will be working in west virginia at a resort called Capon Spring & Farms. i have been a guest there since i was a baby, but now i will be working! i will be a waitress, etc. yes - i know, random job. i've been in school for a couple years straight, so i just thought a nice break from everything would be nice. i'm also using my earnings to travel, so i'm stoked! i get to meet new people every week, so maybe i will be getting some cool pictures, too! i will be there from June-October, so if you need me for pictures, take advantage till the end of May :)
